Delivery & Collection & £10 Guarantee

If we fail to meet your online booking delivery times we will refund you £10 cash. Excludes phone, fax, email, repeat collections, bookings/orders. If you fail to be at home during your agreed delivery time and date we may make a charge of £3.99. Although there is no minimum order requirement, orders of less than £10 are subject to a £3.99 collection/delivery fee.

Curtains may shrink by up to 4% if cleaned for the first time.

All Ethnic suite or garments without care labels, cleaning is done at owners risk.

Garments or ethnic suites with embroidery (especially hand made and imported) may not be accepted as some of the processes can damage these items. You will be advised at the time of collection and a full refund for the item(s) will be made should we both agree not to proceed. If you decide to proceed even after our advice you will be asked to accept no more that £5 for any damage that may occur. No responsibility can be taken for beads, sequins and damage to zips or buttons.
